Products
Coffee is roasted after you order when possible. Bag sizes and lots are as shown on the board. Stock can run out; we may refund or substitute only with your OK.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. Free US shipping when coffee is $50+; under $50 is flat $7 unless a page says otherwise. Promo codes (if any) apply only as written at checkout.
Shipping
We ship in the US as described on the Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the carrier after we hand off the package.
Refunds
If something is wrong (damaged, missing, clearly off), email aerisroasting@gmail.com with your order email and photos. We will make it right—refund, replacement, or store credit—as fits the issue. Taste preference alone is not an automatic refund after the bag is opened.
Accounts / subscriptions
Monthly plans renew until you cancel via the Stripe customer portal / receipt links or by contacting us. Cancel before the next renew date to avoid the next charge when possible.
Site use
Do not abuse the site, scrape in a way that harms service, or use it for fraud. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent.
