A few useful answers

What does fruit-forward coffee taste like?

Fruit-forward lots lean berry, stone fruit, tropical, or candy-like sweetness instead of only chocolate and roast. On our board that often means natural or honey process and louder tasting notes.

Is fruit-forward always light roast?

Not always. Some fruit bombs are medium roast with natural process (like Ayarza). Light roast often preserves fruit, but process and variety matter too.
