Coffee on the board

Specialty = the expensive special bags. Everyday = the rest of the board. Decaf = decaf. Roast level (light / medium / dark) is only on the bag description — not a filter.

Each bag is roasted after you order it, then ground to your brewer or left whole. Pick what you want, add it to your sheet, and we will come back with a real total.

A little help choosing

If you are moving over from grocery-store coffee, start medium. If you already own a pour-over cone and a kettle you can control, the light roast is where the interesting part is. If you take cream and want it to taste like coffee anyway, go dark.

Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean keeps longer and tastes better — coffee starts losing aroma within minutes of grinding. If you do not have a grinder, tell us your brewer on the order and we will grind to match it.
How fresh is it when it ships?
We roast after your order is confirmed, so your bag is days old, not months. Coffee is at its best in roughly the first two to three weeks after roasting.
Can I get a bigger or repeating order?
Yes — offices, churches, shops and standing monthly orders are all normal here. Send us a note with roughly how much and how often and we will work out the details with you.
How do I actually pay?
Not on this page. Your sheet arrives at the roastery as an order request; we reply with the total including shipping and the ways you can pay. Nothing is charged until you say go. See Shipping & FAQ.
