Natural vs washed — what’s the difference?

Washed coffees remove the fruit before drying and often taste cleaner/clearer. Naturals dry in the cherry and often taste fruitier and heavier. Neither is “better” — they answer different cups.

Do naturals work for pour-over?

Yes. Many shine on V60 or flat-bottom pour-over where fruit and sweetness can show. Start with a medium grind and adjust.
